I’ve really learned a lot, and I enjoyed all the workshops. I learned a lot from TalkShop workshop especially on being a better leader, the importance of communication, public speaking, and self assessment. We had a very limited time but fruitful and enjoyable moments mostly in everything we learned and that we are not aware of until now. I can say that it is a wake up time to know ourselves, what other potentials we can tap and improve.  I just wish that we will conduct this kind of seminar more often. I’ve learned a lot like corporate protocols, social graces, different personalities of individuals using the Enneagram which could help me know more about myself and the people around me. I like public speaking the most - the art of storytelling which gave me an idea to write my own story and share it afterwards. Ms. Sheila Viesca is very charismatic, articulate, and beautiful. She knows her topic very well. Overall, she’s very efficient and effective. I really appreciate all her efforts. I may not have totally overcome my fear in public speaking, yet having this training with TalkShop is a good start to conquer my fear.

This Leadership Training awakened me in so many ways. I became aware of my personality and my behavior in different situations. I realized  that I am the Boss type with a martyr and an orphan achetypes. I learned a lot like understanding my personality, learning creative writing, and knowing the qualities of a good leader.  TalkShop program design is superb, it is about understanding one’s self.

The TalkShop Trainer, Ms. Sheila Viesca, is excellent. I wish to have more training with her.  I learned not only to be a good leader but also an effective one.

Fear of public speaking is natural but once you own the stage, confidence will come out and fear automatically vanishes. Leaders have different stories to tell but all of them should communicate and set goals to achieve better results. I learned a lot in this workshop and I highly appreciate the activities we’ve undergone. I like the activities and workshop overall. Ms. Sheila is an expert of her craft. Truly, inspiring others is the essence of good leadership.

I wasn’t able to attend fully the entire course due to work-related matters and prior important commitment I had on the first day. But I think I was able to understand and learn from it on how to become a good leader and how to convey your message effectively to other people especially to yourself. I have learned a lot about being confident (e.g. power pose, practice makes perfect, the Pixar way-storytelling).  Ms. Sheila is very well-versed in her field. She articulately delivers her message to the audience. This Leadership Skills Training workshop has allowed me to realize my weaknesses, potentials and strengths as an individual and a future leader to others.
