6. Speak with authority. This starts with a regular pitch, rises mid-way and drops at the end. Do not end sentences on a high pitch that makes you sound uncertain.

7. Do not undermine your statements with apologies or disclaimers like, “I doubt whether…,” “ I am not sure if…”
